At WatchZaro, we take pride in delivering quality watches and accessories. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or offer refunds if the product you receive is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, preference issues, or minor appearance differences caused by lighting or screen display.

2. Reporting a Defective Product

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, clear photos or video of the defect, and a brief description of the issue. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

If your return request is approved, the item must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or misuse may not qualify for a return.

4. Return Process

Once your claim is approved, our team will provide return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

If the item is confirmed to be defective, a refund will be issued through your original payment method or a replacement will be shipped, depending on availability and your preference. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Except for defective or damaged products, all items sold on WatchZaro are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a return is approved due to a confirmed defect, we will guide you regarding return shipping. If no defect is found after inspection, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
